My story began with grass roots community work; volunteering with asylum seekers in Leeds.
I have subsequently worked across the UK, in voluntary and statutory organisations, including as Deputy CEO and Director.
I launched my own business, to harness my passions, successes and experience. I now co-deliver alongside more organisations and wider communities.
I am values-driven and inclusive.
I have achieved success leading in mental health, public health, community development, involvement, NHS, immigration, law, housing and justice sectors.
I thrived at Director level at not-for-profit Touchstone for 12 years, including as Deputy CEO, growing and developing the organisation.
I had a successful tenure in the NHS as the Suicide Prevention lead for West Yorkshire, working cross-system and achieving results.
As the Healthy Communities lead in the NHS (Integrated Care Board), I supported the interface between health, care and incredibly diverse communities, with authentic leadership.
